Operation Bears that Care
Dear All, The Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers Program is proud to
announce "Operation Bears that Care". This new community service program is aimed at the entire Fort Campbell Community. This
is similar to the program within the Clarksville Police Department. Accidents, fires, crime, family disputes sadly do occur.
Often these may leave a child in a state of trauma when police, fire or emergency vehicles arrive. The BOSS Programs'
mission is to get teddy bears and other stuffed animals into the hands of police and fire officials on Fort Campbell, so that
they can give a cuddly bear to a stricken child.
We are currently accepting donations of new or slightly used stuffed animals.
These gifts will be wrapped and tagged. They will be placed in all EMS vehicles to include MP cars and given out to children
in crisis situations. Please bring all donations to the BOSS office, located in the D.W Recreation Center.

Warming up with Pagans
If you have an hour or two to spare you can make a square! Or
maybe you’ll want to make a hat or scarf or both. Use your talent and a bit of your time to help those in
need to keep warm with pagan made afghan blankets, scarves, hats and more. Just remember you do not need to be pagan to help
out, if you know how to crochet. Check out the Warming up with Pagans website!
